WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept the following two main payment methods:

PayPal

Gabaray primarily uses PayPal to process secure payments. Through PayPal, we accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover.

Secure Credit Card Payment

We also accept credit card payments using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

IN WHICH CURRENCY WILL I BE CHARGED?

All our transactions are based in MXN. If your credit or debit card uses another currency, your bank will apply the corresponding conversion rate for the currency you select, depending on the website you are on.

DO YOU OFFER THE OPTION TO PAY IN 3 OR 4 INSTALMENTS?

We accept payment in three instalments.

You’ll be able to choose this payment option at checkout.

HOW CAN I CHANGE/MODIFY MY ORDER?

If you notice an error in your order after receiving a confirmation email, please contact us via our Help Centre.

Please note that we can help you modify your order before it has been shipped.

Once your package has been dispatched, we will not be able to change anything.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVEN’T RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

If you haven’t received an order confirmation email, you may have entered your email address incorrectly when placing your order, or the email may have gone to your spam folder. You can access your account to view your orders. You may also contact us for more information regarding your order.
