RETURNS
To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition in which you received it and free from any damage.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer will be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee will depend on the courier company you choose.
If the return is due to our mistake β for example, if the goods received are damaged or incorrect β the consumer will not be required to cover the shipping cost.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please contact customer service to obtain a return address. Once you receive the address, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.
Return shipping is free in certain cases. If you return an item and the reason for the return is not due to an error by ishopmix.com, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
REFUNDS
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 14 days from the date we receive your item for us to complete the return or exchange process. Refunds may take 1β2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. You will be notified by email when your return has been processed.
